This local business owner came to our office concerned about her “one small tooth”. A clinical exam revealed she suffered from a very common tooth anomaly called “peg laterals”. It is a condition where the second tooth on either side of the upper front teeth does not develop correctly and is small, often pointed, and looks like a cone. She wanted this tooth to match her other teeth and have a balanced smile. Using custom shade appointments with our lab technicians, we were able to fully match the veneer to the rest of her teeth and create a seamless smile.
Procedures: teeth bleaching, 1 single veneer, occlusal guard therapy
