Judy

This patient presented to Dr. Lomke for pain on an upper canine tooth. Following a thorough examination, we determined that she had 2 primary issues. The first being a fractured tooth and the second being a failing crown. After a lengthy discussion about possible solutions, we determined that her best option was to have the fractured tooth extracted and an implant placed, followed by a traditional crown on the tooth behind it.
Using digital photography and proper communication with our esthetic lab technicians, we were able to deliver 2 natural looking crowns that blend in seamlessly. She couldn’t be happier!!
Procedures: tooth extraction, dental implant, porcelain crown, bite guard therapy.
