Having suffered from Tetracycline staining as a child, this patient decided she had had enough of not liking her smile. We debated over her smile design and came together with an option that worked best for her. Following a gum lift by Dr. Mitchell Lomke, 6 porcelain crowns were custom designed to provide more youth and symmetry to her smile. We love this natural result!
