Carla

This patient came to Dr. Lomke very unhappy with her smile. Born with a common dental condition called “peg laterals”, her natural side teeth are abnormally small. For years she has had dentists attempt to place tooth colored bondings (composite Maryland Bridges) which have continually discolored, lacked proper contours and fallen out. Following her consult, we decided on a more definitive option based on her age (19 years old) to replace her missing tooth. After a series of whitening appointments, Dr. Lomke was able to make a porcelain Maryland Bridge to replace her tooth and achieve a great esthetic result.

Once she enters her mid-20’s we can consider the dental implant option.

Procedures: porcelain crowns, cosmetic bondings, Maryland Bridge, dental bleaching, bite guard therapy.
