This young man and his parents came to our office unhappy with his smile. Born with a common dental condition called “peg laterals”, his natural side teeth are abnormally small. He also has short roots making any restoration difficult for the long-term and due to his age he was too young for a dental implant. Following his consult, we decided on a more conservative but most esthetic option based on his age (17 years old) to create a natural look. A single porcelain veneer was placed and his parents and family couldn’t be more satisfied!
Procedures: porcelain veneer, bite guard therapy
