Are you a candidate for minimal or no-prep veneers? Sometimes the best treatment is the one that takes the least away.
This young man, about 20 and heading off to college, came to our office with worn front edges and old bonding on his peg lateral incisors—the teeth beside his two front teeth. Because he’s so young, our priority was to preserve as much natural enamel as possible.
We removed the old bonding, smoothed the surfaces, and placed four porcelain veneers using a combination of MINIMAL- PREP and NO-PREP veneers, with little to no reduction of his natural teeth. His shorter teeth and natural spacing made him a great candidate, but this approach isn’t right for every smile.
The result? A brighter, balanced smile with natural details—and as much of his own enamel preserved as possible for the future.
