This patient came to us with older front crowns that had been in place for well over 15 years and were beginning to fail. He was ready for a change and wanted a result that looked natural, refreshed, and appropriate for his age.

Using custom porcelain crowns, we were able to improve the shape, color, and overall harmony of his smile while avoiding an overly bright or artificial appearance. We even incorporated subtle root-form characteristics into the porcelain to create a more natural transition from the gumline into the tooth.

The final result is a refined, age-appropriate smile with the small details that help porcelain look much more like natural teeth.
